The Palos/Bullfrog Lake Mountain bike trails are
located about 15 miles southwest of Chicago. The Trail Head is located a
couple miles south of Interstate 55 and a couple miles west of
Interstate 294 (Tri-State Tollway)The Mountain Bike Staging area is
located in the first grove of the Bullfrog Lake Forest Preserve.
From Interstate 55:Exit LaGrange Road ( Route 45 ) South. Go
South on LaGrange Road for 3.5 Miles.
